Polycarbonate is a high performance material which displays incredible strength and durability while retaining its aesthetic qualities. It is a strong, rigid plastic film with high impact strength. Polycarbonate is generally sub-surface printed. This makes it a superb choice of clear plastic for the most demanding environments. It is chemical and abrasion resistant and offers good electrical and optical qualities. It is generally used for product nameplates and overlays, especially for products that have a life expectancy longer than 5 years.

Available in pressure sensitive and semi-rigid form. Finishes include: clear, white, translucent, and metalized with adhesive. Also available in clear and white without adhesive. ExploreVinyl is a tough plastic film which conforms to curved surfaces. There are three grades of vinyl: Flexible (soft), Semi-Rigid (hard), and Rigid. Choosing the right material: Interior or exterior application? Life expectancy of the decal? Size of the marketing? Conforming to highly irregular surfaces? Removable vinyl removes from the applied surface up to 6 months. May leave adhesive residue. Destructible vinyl cannot be removed intact – rips apart when removed. Repositionable vinyl – adjustable vinyl that can be applied and reapplied before the adhesive is activated and applied with a squeegee.
